Inspired by the geometry and rhythm of traditional embroidery, this illuminated artwork transforms a stitched motif into a contemporary pixel-based tapestry. Each square functions like a digital “stitch,” creating a vibrant pattern that blends craft heritage with modern light design.
Measuring 44 × 56 cm, the piece is constructed from metal, paper, and liquid glass, hand-tinted with vitraux colors that produce rich, glowing tones. Behind the surface, a precision-placed LED strip brings the pattern to life, casting subtle reflections and enhancing the sense of depth.
The result is a luminous textile—an embroidered design reimagined through light, color, and modern materials.
